Use About Your Care Home to request care, view shared schedules, and keep track of important dates.

Your account and access

Keep your sign-in details private and your contact information current. Families can view the care profiles and appointments the care team has shared with them. Contact the team if a connection needs to change.

Care-team documentation

Authorized care staff can record dated history and appointment notes for the people they support. Corrections preserve revision history. These staff notes remain separate from the information shared with family accounts.

Image attachments and downloads

Authorized staff with editing permission can attach JPEG, PNG, or WebP images up to 10 MB under a care-team note's Images & letters section. Customer and family accounts cannot upload or view these images. Removing an attachment from view retains its original file.

Downloaded copies are PNG images with “Downloaded from AboutYourCareHome.com” in a footer below the complete image. Large copies may be resized to fit a 12-megapixel image area before the footer is added. The stored original remains unchanged, and attachment contents are not included in reminder emails.

Optional email reminders

Choose which calendars send reminders and how far in advance you receive them. You can pause calendar reminders or disable an email destination under Reminders. Delivery may be delayed; the portal shows the current schedule.
